Invisible & Invulnerable Mobs in Breach Encounters - Impossible to Clear Maps or Loot (3.28 Mirage)

This also happens in breach hive and breach fortress encounters quite frequently

If this other thread is correct, it might be because of the 16.5/Nightmare map mod that fractures Rare mobs on death. I'm rolling over that mod for now to see if I get the bug again.

This mod briks fortress every few runs unkillable mobs just finish her off..

this happens to me fix your game ggg these stupid mobs will chase you from map to mirage untargetable and attack you while you pick things up

When I use Hivebrain Gland, all enemies are invisible there also besides bosses.
Is this maybe related? Or perhaps render issue with Vulkan?
