Disconnect when walking towards certain areas in maps

Hi-
I've had this bug where I will be disconnected from the server, and then an entire area of the map becomes "bricked". I can walk around the rest of the map fine, but if I get close to the area where the initial disconnect occurred, I will be booted from the server again. I had a friend walk into the instance to confirm that it was not a client side issue. He also was able to walk around the map, but was disconnected from the server when entering the bricked zone. Here is a video of what it looks like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPzBDcgdLKk This area is not near the entrance of the mirage, in fact, i was able to walk to the entrance of the mirage in this instance just fine. It is however, near the far border of the mirage. But I will say, the same issue has also occurred for me on bosses like is seen here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3919811 It happens on Washington DC, Texas, and California. Please let me know if I should do any additional testing the next time it happens. Thanks. Edit: Something to add, I am playing a pathfinder, but I am using the Oath of Winter forbidden flesh / flame. Dying in a map does seem to be a trigger, but I have also had it happen randomly in combat as well. This has happened multiple times now tonight, and has been happening all league. Update: It does not seem to have any connection to the mirage mechanic. In another bugged instance, i was able to enter and complete the mirage because it was on the other side of the map.
It happened while I was fighting a very tanky unique monster from a verisium ore. With the other bug I linked above, perhaps it has something to do with the Hoarfrost debuff. Building a huge amount of freeze duration? I am really not sure. But this is happening one or two times every play session at this point. |

I can also confirm this issue, it happens > 50% of my deaths, most often with Harvest. I am playing Kinetic Fusilade Warden, and the have Oath of Winter & Oath of Spring like a few others have mentioned. What I've noticed is that if this happens in Harvest, I can't go back into the Harvest. If it happens in a Mirage, I can't go back in the Mirage, and if it happens in a map I CAN load into the map, but I can NOT approach the area where I died, otherwise instant disconnect. I've tried getting other players to enter afterwards, and they also crash. I've tried California and DC realms, DirectX12 and Vulkan. My guess is that either the mob is left in some sort of bugged state and/or my projectiles are causing "illegal" operations whenever I die and they are not deloaded properly. Not really sure, just my hunch.

yeah i want to reiterate that dying is not required for this bug to happen, i've had it happen against just particularly tanky mobs before. but the easiest way to trigger this bug is seemingly, attack a very tanky monster many times (like 100 small attacks into a pinnacle boss), then die to it. and you will not be able to enter that part of the zone again. because this seems to mostly happen to wardens and me (pathfinder with oath of winter forbidden flesh / flame), i do think it is the hoarfrost mechanic causing this.

I have this consistently happen to me with Purifier fight under Maven witness. It aligns with what others say, after disconnect I can't rejoin Purifier arena only.
I also play Kinetic Fusillade Warden, but that's like the most meta skill this league. I've tried 5 purifier maps, every time arena DCs me at random moments, can be 2nd phase, can be 3rd phase. |

I am getting this same issue with Warden Kinetic Fusillade.
If I die to any monster that is tanky, I cannot go near the area where they are. I will disconnect immediately. Also I have had disconnects where I don't die, it just gets laggy but upon returning near the area I will instantly disconnect again. |
