Chris Wilson has talked about this desire to have affinities for every type of item before.
Basically, he was somewhat uncomfortable with the idea that there is 0 interaction/friction in the process of depositing items in your stash and he believes that rares shouldnt have their own subsets of affinities. I know hes no longer working at GGG but I imagine that his line of thinking is still their current position on the topic, which is why I think this suggestion is rather unlikely to be implemented. |

As a someone who usually have separate tabs for rings and amulets, I agree.
