Holy Strike causing crash to desktop

Almost a week of mirage league and still no fix, crashing in every map.

sucks that they release a skill that is completely unplayable though. This is league ruining. I dont know if ill continue since i dont like dom blow as much.

Fourth time crashed today, I'm pretty sure is happening when my immortal minions from Holy Strike carry full stacks of corrupted blood. I managed to become inmune but keeps crashing, always with corrupted blood on my minions.

The issue persists and so do my bumps.
