Followed item loot filters not appearing on item filters drop-down in-game

SAme issue here....

I had this problem. I fixed it on my PC for now by doing the following.

1. Go to Filter Blade web site and create a filter. Use any default filter since you wont be using this filter anyway.
2. Give it a new name.
3. On Filer Blade save the filter by clicking on the Save button. Save as a download file into /Documents/My Games/Path of Exile folder on PC.

Open filter list. All filters now reappeared for me. Ignore the one you just added. Select your previous filter. Delete the new one once there is a fix for this issue.

It looks like something fixed this issue. My followed item filters are now working correctly
