Divine vessel disappeared

Lost 4 vessels to this I actually think I got the same boss every time (Yagora).

Tried it another time today and Vessel gone again.

Lost 3 divine vessels on T7 iceberg, with no pantheon upgrade. Unclear what do do.

Same here. Lost Divine Vessel.
I checked every single map I have done so far. The Divine Vessel is not in any of them. I even tried to click on empty slots to see if it was "invisible", but nothing... Have to wait until patched. |

+1 lost 3 divine vesseles thus far, and some scarabs, it seems to be destroying fragments or scarabs when changing maps
PoE1 3.23 - the best league of all time (an absolute banger)

Same problem here, T7 Iceberg, Divine Vessel gone.

Same for me. Tried twice on rare iceberg map and divine vessel disappeared.
