Breach issue

same here, using tornado shot and other bow skill.

Happens when using elemental hit of the spectrum in breaches in maps. The build is pretty much https://mobalytics.gg/poe/profile/fubgun/builds/lightning-arrow-ele-hit-deadeye-guide.

Computer specs:
- CPU: 7800X3D,
- GPU: 5070 ti,
- RAM: 64GB DDR5

Game Settings:
- all default
- same thing when fiddling with options (all low, vulkan, dx11, dx12)
- reinstalling drivers and the game did't help
- no MTX equipped or MTX equipped both crash the game

Videos or screenshots:
- the game just freezes a second and crash, no error message.

When I enter a breach or fire in one, the game pauses and then goes straight back to windows.

Same here with Ele hit of the Spectrum. It only happens when firing into destroyable breach walls. If I run into the burrows and blow up all the walls the crash doesnt happen. In Fortresses I have to instantly remove the walls in the defend ailith event or I crash.
MTX or no MTX makes no difference. Drivers up to date. DX12, DX11 and Vulkan.

Very First breach encounter in Mud Flats Act 6, breach/game crashed after successfully defending Ailith. Lost all the loot including the quest drop (I saw the quest item drop, then the game crashed).

After finally able to get back into the game I had to redo the zone. This time was an unstable breach, which worked fine and dropped a different quest item some wombgifts.

To the problem, after talking to Ailith to turn in the reward and interacting with the Wombgift stash to set the Afinity in order to place wombgits via the normal stash, the Afinity did not work.

The Afinity continued to not work until I encountered and completed a subsequent defend Ailith mission, which then dropped the original quest reward I could not pick up due to the original game crash. Once I turned in the defend Ailith reward, the Affinity started working.

Was highly annoying to have been able to set the Wombgift Affinity using the first unstable quest reward but not have the Affinity work until the expected first reward, the reward for defending Ailith, was turned in.

Silent CtD when hitting Unstable Breach boss while in Delirium in Jungle Valley.
Managed to repro (crash) twice, issue went away after running out, ending Deli and waiting for the greyscale to go away.

Same issue here, pretty sure this is some sort of recursive check that fails when a Projectile hits multiple walls in the same server tick and also triggers the aoe wall explosion.

Probably would be smart to make projectiles not trigger the explosions, only remove walls and have us walk over the explosion instead.

Edit: seems to be caused by multiple arrows hitting a wall.

Same problem here.

Using Elemental hit of the Spectrum

Same here - Lightning arrow.

Didn't have this issue until today. Was using Rain of Arrows before..maybe it's Lightning Arrow? Can't "test" more now sorry.

Tried again today. 2 maps with no breach, no bug, first map with a breach, crash. This time I went and checked the event viewer logs in case that helps:
