Snipe Adding 2 Projectiles and halfing damage

Tree is low level, no plus projectiles or arrows on gear either. If I take Snipe out of the set up Puncture drops to one arrow again

Add Snipe back in, and the Phys Damage drops and the skill fires additional two projectiles

Dont think i'm missing anything here...

edit: Okay, no - I was wrong. I'm not sure what's happening here or why.

Is it replicable with anyone else?

I have just added it into the Split Arrow setup. It also adds two additional projectiles to this and slashes the damage dealt

Possibly something to do with the new 'gem tsuedo 7 link' introduction, thought the damage decrease is more than that if it was to get a lvl 1 LMP

Numbers dont work out for additional or multiplicative 'Less Damage' of Snipe + LMP

I did notice the +2 proj on my testrun this week, but I didn't check whether the damage was halved. Also no idea where the +2 proj came from.

I am leveling a new character and I put Snipe into my Tabula using Burning Arrow and it is adding two extra projectiles to the skill. I have no source of added projectiles anywhere.

Bump, happening on league launch. Not sure whether the bleed DPS is affected?

Bump. Just started a snipe bleed puncture duelist and am having the same bug. The skill gem says it should only fire one arrow. Adding Multiple Projectiles makes it have 5 arrows.

Edit 2: The support part of Snipe is causing the 40% less damage. The two additional arrows are unexplained but even PoB knows that Snipe causes them.
