[Suggestion] Expanding Amulet Bases for Patch 0.5.0

For the next Content Patch 0.5.0, I urge GGG to consider adding new amulet bases shown below to further expand build diversity:

Citrine Amulet
• Implicit: (10–20)% Increased Gold dropped by Slain Enemies
• Requires: Level 15
• Rationale: Grind for gold early in the campaign. At level 15, this helps players alleviate the high gold cost when respecing, upgrading gear, and gambling. Citrine is known as the merchants stone.

Carnelian Amulet
• Implicit: (8–12)% Increased Movement Speed for 4 seconds after Dodge Rolling
• Requires: Level 25
• Rationale: Carnelian is associated with bursts of physical energy and known as the stone of action. To fit the theme of the stone of action, you get a temporary speed boost when you dodge roll.

Clockwork Amulet
• Implicit: (5–7)% Increased Cooldown Recovery Rate
• Requires: Level 45
• Rationale: Acts as a build-enabling item to help skills that are limited by cooldowns.

Sage Amulet
• Implicit: (3–5)% Increased Experience Gain
• Requires: Level 75
• Rationale: To ensure this doesn't become BiS for everyone, it should have a Level 75 requirement. This makes it a late-game item for players pushing to 100, rather than a mandatory item for leveling through the campaign. This would be useful for mitigating the XP penalty for death.

I like the Clockwork and Sage idea, not Citrine.

Citrine is base item in POE1 from dual attribute.

There's also the fact we already have Gold Amulet (rarity) which does boost gold afaik.

I like citrine, matter of fact make that 10-20% x)

A unique that had a % chance for mobs to drop gold instead of items would be really cool, I do like gambling and it really drains my gold.

+1 but i doubt they will take it seriously in their account especially xp gain wich is mech percentage if we consider 6-7% xp gain in levels 99-100 as a punishment.
Big +1 for clockwork tech.

Big -1 for sage tech - there`s a reason you can take xp gain during campaign with a lot of drawbacks. While 75 lvl requirement wouldnt destabilize campaign exping it would definitely be bis from lvls ~92+

Kinda 50/50 for citrine - simply because there`s no need for more gold. Gamba is the only real gold sink here and still You can do plenty of it.

Agreed, and increased Citrine to 10-20% as you suggested. As for a unique item for mobs to drop gold instead of items, add unique gloves called "Golden Touch of Midas." Kind of funny.

Also updated OP with a new idea for a Carnelian Amulet.
