GGG needs to understand this otherwise there will always be a meta for glass cannon builds and not well balanced build.

GGG is probably stuck in some form of logic loop here. Back in 0.2, during the interview with Zizaran, they mentioned that they don't pay that much attention to defenses, because players enjoy building for damage more.
So players aren't building defense, because they get one shot anyways. Meanwhile GGG isn't putting much work into defenses, because people don't build for it. It's just going in circles.

exactly and yet they keep repeating the same nonsense about meaningful combat that they ALREADY REACHED, now all they need is to balance the defenses.

isn't Electrocuting Arrow useful to electrocute bosses anymore? i'm guessing it still is, however i have to agree a lot of skill are overly restricted in how/what they can or can't do and how well they scale, effectively eliminating them from both aoe clear and dps check scenarios in favor of other skills.

ever since playing poe1 years ago i've enjoyed the feel and aim of simple skills like Sunder, but it just feels garbage with super slow speed, requiring (and removing!) fully broken armor to make full use of the skill.

Playerbase: We don't enjoy jumping through too many hoops to make a skill viable.

GGG: what if we make the hoops extra cool with flaming stickers?
This is the same devs that decided Spell totems,and entire playstyle,should be relegated to CHARGES instead of just placing them normally.

Do not expect them to care for the currently unused skills for God knows how long

I’ve been using only these two spells from level 1 all the way to the endgame.

and how does this build feels in End game ?
i leveled a witch hunter whit that combo it felt fairly good and fun even whit the small radius , but scaling the dmg for those skills in end game sucks they feel very weak .


Indeed. Also for Gemling Legionnaire are double weak. Need at least 40-60% increased damage with no further penalties.

im oneshottin everything with bow shot why would i even use electrocuting arrow xd

also what is weird about mentioning escape skills ?
do u see the player base use them ?
only in rare scenarios ppl use those skills ,"pounce" is a great example for a movement skill the others suck ,why? because pounce has a 0.2 sec delay and the others 0.6+
also what freezing has to do whit what i said on the topic?
its not the issue of applying freeze which can be annoying on bosses since u can not freeze them once u already froze them (u can but there a lets call it a "cd")
the issue whit some of the skill is the aoe radius of those skills in some cases the target system of the controller and whit some skills the dmg itself of the skill or the limited scaling it has.

controller is a different topic by itself thats why i didnt even mention it .
also this is my feed back if u dont like it dont replay .
