This just should not be an issue. You gave us a temple, told us we could juice it to the max, but you don't give us a reliable way to preserve the extensive work we've put in.
I have a 77 room 100% upgraded temple: full tech, every single room to the max level it can be, 11 level 3 spymasters, and I cannot reliably sustain locking medallions. Once I started in earnest it took me 10 days/60+ hours of dedicated gameplay to complete the temple and now I'm in danger of losing it because why? Lack of skill? Improper build technique? IDK, maybe. My vote goes for unreliability of j-medallions. There has to be some balance between spymasters for locks and other rooms for temple loot. A level 3 spymaster's room description includes "high chance to drop a j-medallion". With 11 high chances + all the random chances found throughout the temple this should not be an issue. I should be seeing at least 6 of these a run -- on a BAD run. But seeing 0 or 1 is not at all uncommon. I've tried solo with rarity, solo negative rarity, group play +/- rarity and nothing reliably produces sufficient j-medallions to where I'm not constantly worrying I'm going to lose all that effort I dedicated to completing the temple. Then throw in the fact that the temple is buggy. It constantly autocloses in multiplayer despite using every tip out there to keep it from doing so. The level 3 alchemy mini-boss sometimes won't spawn bricking the temple and forcing everyone to leave. The cyclonic constructs bug constantly halting progression (although they USUALLY recover after a minute or two). Please fix. Same here. I can't sustain a perfect Temple. I've spent a lot of time building it, I've achieved lvl100 making it. The drop rate changed from 2–4 per run to just 1–2.

Still "Economic Integrity" of this decision is straight out bs. Has GGG learned nothing by uproar caused by hotfix which locked lock medalions behind T3

44 Rooms (build in progress, Roman road stage).
Getting from 0 (extremely rare case) to 4 Juatalotli's Medallions per run. Medallion Drops are tolerable. For me at least. I'm slow on building not because of medallion drops (looped it twice before). Some players may get streaks of really-really bad RNG with those medallion drops. And it does look more like either, well, bad RNG streak, or some bug in Temple, but not as intended design. |

And it's gone. 10 days of 6+ hour grinding and over the course of 10 temple runs I didn't get sufficient locks (2/turn) to maintain the temple. Lots of shlt medallions that nobody would ever use on purpose. Such an effing load of BS, just change what my rooms do after it's fully built and make it impossible to maintain all the effort dedicated to building the temple. It's a slap in the face by a game developer hostile to the player base. Except streamers of course.

We all know this has nothing to do with RNG. GGG are pulling the strings on this. Why on earth do you guys even bother to play this junk?

" This was a fun league. With that being said it's also my last league. Been playing for over a year now and have seen all the tricks GGG has pulled and I think it's time to say goodbye. Will be back for sure but right now I don't think it has a good future. Each league is 70% nerfs, maybe 10% buffs and 20% bloat added. Too much punishment for players. Just let us have fun in the league, it's only 4 months anyways instead of nerfing everything. |

GGG manipulating the medallions mid-season is absurd. The season is over for me, and who knows, maybe I'll come back next season (if there are no more manipulations).
