POE 2 0.4 Temple is GGG's biggest screw up yet

A streamer just shared his total currency picked up this league - 6.3k divines and 3 mirrors.

Is this normal ? Is this the Vision for POE 2? Perhaps rename it to Path of building temple instead

You already know why it's like that.

Temple was severely underdeveloped on release and with usual POE2's fashion it brings nothing to the table by being confusing waste of time. S*** was so convoluted so ppl have been discouraged to properly figure it out. Even now the Temple is the biggest waste of time still.

So what they did - they overbuffed the thing to the point there is no roadblocks once you figure it out and it just raining currency.

And thats why we are here now. Fate of the Inflation xD

They have probably moved on to make new league for POE1 so we stuck with this at least till the April

The reason I don't play the Temple is that it locks me into the same boring tileset for ages. If I kill thousands of mobs over and over, at least I want to see the backdrop change ...

It is actually hilarious I look back at the first week of the league and I seen a lot of people saying on the forums "Temple is convoluted and crap and too hard" now everone suddenly loves it because it rains currency.

I still hate it, I killed Atziri once to see the dialogue and get more of the story behind the vaal and thought that was pretty cool but have no desire to enter it again. Problem is the entire league is now just basically temple.

I had like a total of 2.5k of play time across 13 characters since started POE 2. I highly doubt i have picked up more than 6k divines in my total 2.5k hours play time with 13 characters yet this streamer who started farming temple for like 3 weeks into this league ONLY, shared his total pick up currency - 6.3k divines and 3 mirrors. The economy is wrecked this league. Thanks GGG. Not shocking to expect this from an incompetent development team considering they cant even fix game performance/stabiliy since beginning of POE 2.

Hence why this POE 2 season started with around 300k steam users (not counting standalone clients or consoles) to under 100k during peak hours and droping more each day. They ruined this season less than a month in and refused to fix it now its to late economy is complete trash 1000s of divs for end game gear is not realistic for normal player that didnt abuse the temple. Yet here we are screaming in their ears and they just dont care.

See we cant get the exact numbers but I think they should post total player count when you login to the season weather its SSF, Standard, or the current season so we can have accurate counts. They should be able to see it internally and its clear as day people are dropping from game this season 100x faster than any of the previous seasons because of the following reasons:

1. GGG not putting a stop to the exploited temples and resetting them once they found out people were abusing it.

2. GGG refusing to hold players that cheat accountable and yes exploiting the game mechanics for an unfair advantage in the game is a clear example of cheating yet 0 happens to their streamers.

3. GGG refuses to stop the RMT players from buying up all the currency at start of league to make mirror tier items first then have a hold on selling mirror services that net them 100s of divs without doing anything. Then they go and sell all the excess divs to the RMT sites and make 100x or more their money they put in back.

4. Lastly GGG should have wiped the season and restarted it so we all on fair playing field but because the people that have families, jobs, lives, etc cant play 24/7 and stay up and up on the current cheats (aka exploits) in the game. Most of us would rather not cheat (exploit) but if we dont then we lose and never catch up.

Also to all the people that will cry about season wipe and progress you lose well you lost all progress when you quit the season because you can no longer upgrade your character without cheating (exploiting) to get enough currency to improve your build or test new ones.

This season has been officially dead for 2 weeks now. Thanks GGG

I am convinced in order for GGG to hear your pleas you got to be at least a streamer/youtuber with high subs. Otherwise they will just treat your comments or feedback as trash.

This company lack the basic decency to fix or improve connectivity issues for console players for a year. I am also hearing my PC friends with high spec PC having crashing/game hang issues. This horrible experience and lack of accountability from the GGG team is pretty much why 12 out of 14 of my friends on my list does not log on anymore

POE 2 seems to be GGG's take on collecting fash cash and ignoring the required fix. I really wish i can wipe the smirk of Jonathan's face during their podcast before every league release on how i am disgusted by how his incompentent team failure to provide a proper game play experience with decent connectivity.

GGG listens to player count. For a company that earns its revenue from mtx, player count is the most important i.e player count drops = less purchases. That is why you see swift action whenever there is a significant player count dip especially when it is suppose to be league peak.
It's quite telling that after the huge uproar the Steam reviews haven't gone up at all. The league has been a horrible experience for pretty much everyone involved.
