Possible Bug Related to Altar of Sacrifice in the Temple

Hello POE2 Support Team,

I would like to report a possible issue I encountered in the Temple.

Previously, one of my Temples collapsed after I accidentally connected the head and tail of the senak chin and completed the Architect's Chamber. In that run, there was an Altar of Sacrifice.

I found that the Altar of Sacrifice was able to sacrifice itself. After performing the sacrifice, the Sacrifice Room continued to appear in several subsequent Temple runs. However, after some time, it stopped appearing entirely.

After that, I opened approximately one hundred Temples and did not encounter the Altar of Sacrifice again. I have continued building my Temples as usual. If I encounter the Altar of Sacrifice again, I will submit another report.

Before that happens, I would like to ask if you could help confirm whether this behavior may be related to a bug.

I am currently having the same problem . Broke chain and now I haven’t seen sac chamber for 200 ish runs

Same issue have not seen sacrificial chamber for 4 days

I can almost swear it's a bug, I have the same issue

definitely a bug, done over 1k runs of temple without seeing, cant progress temple either now

Can confirm that there is at least some form of bug that prevents Altar of Sacrifice rooms no longer appearing. I've done dozens of Temple runs after placing and sacrificing my last Altar of Sacrifice room and have not seen a single one appear in either Medallions nor in the random room card rolls since.

Same here. It's annoying. I saw similar threads posted on the 6th of Jan and this issue is still not fixed.
