Typing some curse words and harsh language for people who are ruining a game you paid for to test for them doesn't take a lot of effort. This sort of take I would expect from someone who just discovered the internet maybe.

You do understand that there is more than one sentiment among the customer base?

Oh, I do understand. You've got several types of players/customers. In this case you've got:

1. Players who didn't know about the Holten "feature" (and maybe are still unaware of what happened), who obviously did not profit off of it.
2. Players who found out about the "feature" but didn't enjoy the Vaal temple mechanic so they didn't engage with the "feature", hoping GGG would fix it and punish those who promoted it.
3. Players who, despite having enganged with the Vaal temple mechanic, chose not to abuse it because it was wrong, and hoped GGG would fix it and punish those who promoted it.
4. Players who knew about the "feature", abused it as much as possible and kept quiet.
5. Players who abused it and through their streams and social media advertised it for others to abuse as well.
6. Players who joined in and managed to build a giga-temple before the patch, and now are left to abuse it.
7. Players who are pissed that their temples got wiped before they could start abusing it as well.
8. People who play SSF or don't care.

So yea, there is more than one sentiment among the customer base.

Maybe I'm not used to this type of behaviot because I do not use any social media except youtube and this forum (if it counts). Internet or real life - people should know how to control their emotions. It's not that hard. But I assume that everyone is super-hero behind a keyboard lol.

- Yeah time will fix the market, but what if to much player end the Leauge in Frustration? Than mabe the market cant recover
- Yeah its no Problem to Play without the Temple. U dont need Mirror Tier Items and the money for it.
- Yeah some are right, when they say - these destroy the fun of many, when they used this Method ( Holte ) but is it Bann worthy? Really?

Yeah there is so much truth in everything.
And its also true, that GGG made a big wrong decision to Cut of the Mid and low time invested Players from having a long time Goal, to reach a Powerfantasy like the Streamers showed.

U can Argue that the nerf was needed - true , but is it a nerf to the Problem?
It just nerf the Probabilitly, that in 2 Weeks 20$ of the Playerbase got such a temple. The Main 3% can sustain their Temple .

The streamline Problem of it all is the form of communication. They did not tell us, the Reason behind these Decision. We dont now, what they inteded to hope with such a drastic change.
So thats the reason everyone thinking - they Promote exploiting, by not Nerfing these people and Get rid of the Casual Players Temple.

But thats just a feeling, that the most player gets. It cant be really wrong and not the baseline of GGGs decision. We dont know , why they done this Hotfix.
Maybe they hoped, that the Temple will get destroyed by time , because they cant hard reset everything or Rollback or make a new Leauge economy. Maybe that was the decision behind it - and it was than a bad decision, because the 3% Will keep their Temples.

But who knows.

But cleary its really bad for most of us here, to divide People into Fubgunners or something like that, and the others, that are happy that the "Exploit" ( I dont think it is an exploit ) Player got fucked.

There is so much more to it.
Normal people now got problems to use the Leauge mechanic at all. They build whatever beforehand ( Maybe pathways to Atziri ). And everybody got a Kick in the Face without warning.
No Patch warning. No Clear indication, that this will happen.
and thats the main problem.

Now its a big shit show, because of no Communication at all.
Yeah - GGG was and is mostly still in Vacation, like last year. Last year, it was arround the 7th or 9th , where everyone was back in the office ( I Think )
Its mostly more the Questen, why they could not wait, and make a clear Interview, on what will follow.
Because its not just a patch, its a Big Patch - A Patch against their original Communication

And they destroyed progress without warning. Some of us got Temple 50h Played in the game . Good Setups. Completly destroyed , because of not knwoing that u cant protect lvl 1 Rooms anymore. To make it Clear. My Setup is still working. And no - i have no 1 big snake. I Got 3 Sections for different things. With sometimes Killing the Architect and Atziri. And this worked. Now this dont work anymore. But other Playerfriends Quit the Leauge , because they where Sitting there , and cant understand whats happening. Everything they are played hours for, is gone in one click....

This is no respect for the Playerstime ... and thats a Game Killer.
So Its not everything Black and White. Big Snake tempels or not.
Its just a correct reaction of most of the players, that this Hotfix, is not good for the Whole future of this game.
U cant do this - this way.

The main issue is their reactive nature; they’re always lagging when major bugs hit the ecosystem. They ignore the community and have no real player support. It’s clear they just don't care.
