Man... You don't even know how your own mechanic works. The destabilization is not even the issue everyone is up in arms about. The issue is that we can't lock any lvl room, preventing the destabilization in the first place. You could make the destabilization as punishing as you want, it would only matter if you got unlucky with lock medallions. Just walk that lock change back and everybody will be happy. Nerf the loot. Keep the lvl 1 locks.
