This is amazing... People exploit, we get a riot... They fix we get a riot, people ask for nerfs, nerfs are done, we get a riot...
Everyone is so concerned about the fellow man's divine farm that completely ignored the market has no liquidity on build defining items and that anyone not farming temple is slaving away for scraps... The most amazing is that people are very aware that this game is all about front assaults and early establishment... Yet almost a month through the league and people haven't had their temple setup? This was forceable for a long time... Yes GGG has some blame, but at least respect Devs which has been slaving away fixing stuff while the rest are on holiday, pretty much the same as anyone farming omens and abyss... Happy new year all! Can you guys just let us enjoy the game?
So what if there were unintended results with what you implemented with the Temple. Everyone was having an awesome time. There are four month leagues and then the economy resets anyways. You could have just learned what people discovered and then released an update on changes that would be coming to temple next league. Then this league would have gone down as one of the funnest leagues of PoE. Instead, you did what you said you wouldn’t, and nerfed it mid league. On top of it being right before a weekend so all of the casual gamers with a job and a family never got to experience temple in its prime and now we get to play a screwed league from what streamers were able to do while we worked to buy your supporter packs. Now, this league will go down as one of the worst in the history of PoE. That’s what you will be remembered by, and because of it, that’s why you will have a dead game when it’s finally out of beta. |

Why don't you remove these temples that are finished, just block access to them for normal players. I regret that I started temples yesterday and I even liked them. Since I don't have much time, it would probably take me a few weeks anyway. Now I have no reason to play, but at least I have $30 in my cache because I bought a pack. Now you all know where they are. 😔 The richest people have been temples for two weeks for years, and those who were sitting normally don't experience it anymore. For me, this is the end of this League. Enjoy my money and have a happy new year.

" I dont care about the Nerf, what i care about is the lock mechanic being kiboshed, their is no viable way to develop a temple to even get 5-10 divines per run, because the mechanic is trashed! you cant upgrade a golem works to tier 3 unless you have a generator connected to a path, and that creates a loop, which in turn destroys the snake tech. it is just a massive fuck up. |
