please revert lock change
By failing to grasp the positive impact of your accidental successes, you’ve deliberately sabotaged the game. It’s rare to see a company so disconnected from its player base. While most firms alienate players through pure greed and exploitation, your failure stems from a fundamental inability to understand what makes your game fun. This is the root of the community outcry. Players are disappointed because this doesn't align with the GGG they once respected. You are burning through your reputation. If you persist with this trajectory, you’ll reach a point where the community simply stops caring altogether
One thing’s for sure now:
1.The game’s operators don’t even play the game themselves.
2.This game has the potential to boost both revenue and player count by dozens of times from where it stands now. Yet the current team is only tapping into less than one percent of that potential — and tricking the company’s management into thinking they’re doing a stellar job, so they keep getting to stick around.
Please consider the players that build the temple from scratch, 25+ temple attmepts and i just can't get to atziri... Not chaining anything just playing to get to atziri, impossible.

The vaal temple changes are fine for rebalancing, people need to calm down a bit...

However, a few complaints/suggestions;

- Immured fury still not spawning in
- Certain abyss mobs spawning with modifier combos that are instant death to any character who isnt playing an immortal build
-Abyss spawning in the boss room along with the boss is also annoying on most characters who cant survive nuclear fallout.

- vaal temple should have a "full reset" button after killing atziri to make resetting the temple easier.
- List of room compatibility/upgrade chains should be available on the "?" tab in the vaal temple.

Maybe you should have built the Temple properly, like those who continue to abuse it, and 99.9% of players will never be able to rebuild it because the rooms get deleted!

Because then you wouldn't need to reset the Temple after the boss, since your Temple would stay as it is with 6 Lock Tokens, and you could farm the boss indefinitely because your key rooms are directly connected.

But don't worry, you'll never achieve that if you don't do it now. The main thing is that sellers and streamers continue to profit from it, even though they've already finished it and have all the rooms on Tier 3.

The days when GGG implemented changes that affected all players are probably over, because their only option would have been a complete reset of the Temple for everyone. The fact that something like this even made it into the main patch shows that GGG isn't testing anything anymore and isn't even playing their game.
Zero tolerance for the exploiters, ban them all.

Hey I agree, but also the exploit was holten. That's been patched. This doesn't punish exploiters at all who now have legacy temples , which have already been up and running for over a week minimum, this only affects people actively trying to make a temple profitable. The temple now just exists as a side project you do to break up monotony of mapping and serves little purpose as far as loot goes.

Well, this patch motivated me to finally check out Diablo 4
Stop using that condescending attitude to dictate game development and gameplay. GGG needs to relearn how to be an ordinary, passionate gamer.

PoE2 has accumulated so many problems yet remains unresolved, instead releasing a frantic mid-season patch with unhealthy endgame content, rampant RMT (Real Money Trading), bots, and loot farming groups. Do you think those are ordinary players? Or do you believe in the power of unity, so those who don't use illegal methods or lack teammates don't deserve a fair season of competition?

Now, your disastrous Temple changes have completely destroyed the trust of a large number of genuine, ordinary players, effectively ending their chances of continuing to play this season.

Think about how to continue deceiving people in patch 0.5, or do something to beg for forgiveness.
GGG has done a stellar job of burning years of good will and trust they had built up. I can no longer trust that time invested in this game will be respected by the developers. Youve got 5000 comments from CUSTOMERS, literally the people who pay to keep this alive, and youre straight ignoring all of us. This has to be the worst response ive seen from game devs to their community in recent history, let alone from GGG. The contrast between your response or lack there of here and how your customer service actually works is mind boggling. How you can have such consistently good customer service and then have the worst communication and relationship with your playerbase at the same time is a mystery to me.
