I’m level 99, and I’ve never had a temple like that. I got the chance to enter a temple like that once—I couldn’t believe it. Then I realized it’s going to be extremely hard now, since Holten is gone. And just when I started working toward it properly, you blocked that too. As someone who plays this game constantly, I don’t even feel like pushing for level 100 anymore. But I’m genuinely curious—how old is the person in charge of you?

I’m honestly embarrassed by the solution presented in this hotfix.
As someone who had an almost fully completed Temple, after just three runs I suddenly found myself seven rooms behind. Why? Because someone decided that Juatalotli’s Medallion should now only protect Tier 3 rooms. This leads to absurd situations. If I have four rooms before a Tier 3 Garrison, but those rooms are on lower tiers, I can’t lock them — I can only lock the Garrison itself because it’s T3. After completing the Temple, those previous rooms get deleted, and my Garrison drops to Tier 2. Amazing. But that’s not even the worst part. Once the Garrison is at Tier 2, I can no longer lock it. If RNG doesn’t give me the correct rooms or any way to upgrade its tier, it stays T2. That means all rooms leading to the next Tier 3 Garrison or Tier 3 SpyLab are 100% doomed. When I finish another Temple run, those rooms disappear, and once again the next Tier 3 Garrison drops to Tier 2. Result? I’m seven rooms behind, and I have absolutely no intention of running more Temples just to fall even further back — especially considering I was literally four rooms away from fully completing the layout, after which I would have started upgrading remaining rooms to higher tiers. The Vaal Temple mechanic is, in my opinion, one of the most interesting mechanics in the game. This could genuinely have been the best league ever. Instead, every two days you rush out poorly thought-out hotfixes that destroy the economy and completely kill player motivation. And seriously — how is a player who just started building their Temple supposed to deal with this? Are they expected to spend 1,000 hours (if that’s even possible) just to reach the Temple state of players who finished theirs before the nerfs? If you want a reasonable solution to these broken hotfixes, here are two simple rules: Rule 1: If a room is locked — even at Tier 3 — then after the lock is removed, it remains Tier 3, regardless of what happens around it. Adjacent rooms may be deleted, but the locked room and the room chain continuity are preserved. Rule 2: If rooms have tiers, then destabilization should work logically: Tier 3 → drops to Tier 2 Tier 2 → drops to Tier 1 Only Tier 1 rooms are deleted on destabilization This preserves progression, rewards long-term planning, and doesn’t actively punish players for engaging deeply with the system. What a gathering of whiners playing on softcore... They love broken mechanics and builds, without them they're utterly useless.
