Very demotivating as someone just trying to start a snake, hotfix feels like the league is not worth playing might as well move on and wait 3 months for .5

Lost any motivation to continue league, all gear upgrades now cost thousands of divine orbs and there is no way to catch up after temple nerf. Many of us just got left behind due to this "hotfix". Pretty unprofessional of the developers.

I literally almost NEVER post about anything EVER. I'm a long time player and a lurker/recluse by nature. I don't like interaction with people if I can help it. But I HAVE to add my voice to the count when it comes to these kinds of balance changes. I had quit the league but came back because I saw that you could build these insanely personalized and difficult temples. It wasn't even about loot. But now, I don't care again. I'm out. Because every bad decision like this makes it about loot again. Of which it's clear, to me, that my efforts are in vain simply because I was late to the party. this is why people say "the rich get richer" because the decision making process you've seemingly adopted doesn't simply narrow the pathway to "fun" and to "loot" it kinks the hose of what could have been leaving behind only the remnants of what was. Meanwhile, metaphorically speaking, those who want to drink go thirsty. Thanks for letting me, and I don't know... probably thousands if not more people know what I've been thinking all along. I shouldn't even waste my time.
