What have you done? You were on vacation eating popcorn while watching streamers gorge themselves on temple loot, and now you come back and hastily slap on two patches that impact casual players, because the others have so much currency now that it won't affect them anymore.
On top of that, you can no longer lock the head if it's not T3... Have you even played the game? It's appalling, I'm lost for words. Anyway, thanks, I'm going back to a game where the developers listen to their players and play their game! Goop goop!!! |

You really didn’t think through the consequences of adding this mechanic. You basically handed the economy over to top players and streamers. They’ll still be printing insane amounts of currency anyway, while the smaller players — the ones who were only just starting to have fun with this mechanic — got that fun taken away. Yeah, the economy’s already messed up, everyone knows that, but at least dropping a ton of currency was fun. Seriously, congrats, GGG. What a mess.

Well this is just another reason why to exploit early exploit often :D. I totally understand why it needed to be nerfed but the punishment is too big for people who have like 15 room in snake now. RIP league
I like where PoE 2 is going but it will need way more variety in what you can do with your build (more gems) and content polish and both will arrive in time so all good. Well see you in 3.28 exiles. :) p.s. make some juicy supporter packs please :D |

Just reset all players temples so everyone starts on the basis and fix the lock situation. Jonathan once said: I don't think you can really just Nerf players mid league.. well.. wtf is this then..
Poe2 is my favorite game, I found it just a few weeks before beta launch and I'm totally in love with it. However, patches like this makes me wonder if this is a game to continue worth playing. It was also said that poe2 was supposed to appeal to the masses. The masses isn't full time streamers and unemployed people who can play 12 hours a day. We are casual gamers, with jobs, family etc and I think you the devs are completely out of touch with reality. |

I've spent days trying to get my temple set up and finally have a good start on it then you just slapped us all in the face that couldn't grind for 12 hours a day and use the holten exploit to get the temple finished. Who's rewarded for this hotfix? oh the people that had it finished so they can keep playing the league mechanic but the rest of us will never catch up to the crazy inflated economy.
Was actually looking forward to this leagues mechanic and may for once be able to make a top end crazy build just for fun but thats never going to happen now. I have the rest of next week off and was planning on playing the game but i guess i'll find something else to do. Just purchased D4 so going to give that a try. |
