0.4.0c Hotfix 13

RIP

Spent multiple days and finally got to a decent spot with the temple. Now it feels entirely pointless. This was a bad decision to nerf at this time of the league. Really poor decision by GGG.

I was wondering why my temple was not dropping loot, and then read this.

I've never played a PoE II league this long and was on my way to 100, but guess GGG don't like players enjoying themselves, being rewarded for slowly but surely working towards a GG temple.

Oh well, good time to quit the league. o7

Its WAY TO LATE to do this patch, some people are too far ahead and those who did not play too much temple pre nerf will not have a chance to compete on the market. This season was insanly fun, we miss a good "endgame" and building the so called "snake" was really fun.

GGG, what are you guys thinking!? You just bricked days of effort playing towards building a temple and you nerf it mid-leauge? Please reconsider.

So, they basically killed any temple setup? You cant lock any end room now. How in the hell i'm supose to set it to lvl3. And how to level golem to 3rd level at all?

Ouch guys, I really can't get behind this decision at this point in the league. Given the impact to existing players this league.

I agree that things like the rTech Spymaster / Legion issues should be fixed but this is a big punch in the gut for more casual players who were getting into the temple and building one out. Which presented a HUGE time investment for them. This was based on the rules set out by you all in this league, and let run for a while. I get it was over the holidays so that contributed to the time elapsed, but this decision is really a misstep IMO. Fully bricking most existing temples at this point is a mistake, that has at least lost you the respect of this player and I imagine many others.

The change to only allow locking on L3 rooms, completely locks out players who haven't completed their temples.

I'll likely be taking a step back from this league give the time sunk into a now defunct layout. Moving forward would present a huge time investment that I'm not confident would even be viable at this point, and could be backflipped on.

GG, GGG. Not a good decision.
