0.4.0c Hotfix 13

I spent almost a week playing over 12 hours a day trying to complete a three-sided line of the temple square, but my incredibly bad luck with room selection was a major issue. Then, in a single patch, they decided to completely destroy my temple. I can't progress; no rooms are spawning. I have to pray for blocking cards to prevent everything I've built from being destroyed. And you know what? It's already destroyed enough. Thanks, GGG. I guess I'll just quit the league. There are players with over 60 connected rooms who aren't affected by the nerf, but then there's the vast majority, like me, who are simply not allowed to continue building their temples. This is the worst patch since I started playing PoE1 (and this patch is for PoE2).

The biggest problem is that those temples still exist and are still by far the best money per hour in the game. So these people can still print and still freely lock as they have the T3 rooms, but nobody else can build a temple to match and reach that level.

With Lock only being usable on level 3 rooms, I think GGG just wants us to build a basic 1–2 room setup and rush the boss — similar to what we do at the start of the league, rather than this content being designed to replace waystones — because if that were the case, the atlas skill tree would essentially be useless.
A very good and creative piece of content, but GGG has destroyed it.

Thank god I was actually having fun, now I can quit league and touch grass. Normally very supportive but this decision deserves a league rip. GG Karens

People have put the most important resource in the universe - their time - into tactically building their temples.

And now you do a rug pull to COMPLETELY delete 50-100+ HOURS of planning, farming and building the temple!!

This is criminal. That should be punished.
Does this game have any investors? If there are, investors, are you seeing what is happening? Time to change leadership to people who don't do such fuck ups.

Sounds like a purposeful harbinger moment no? How about we think about all the time people have spent trying to build temples? Did you guys even think about that? Or how about those who have? This is an egregious patch that had no serious thought behind it. This was the end game all of us have been waiting for

Because the cat's already out of the bag and the economy is already bricked as a result of it. This does nothing but punish those of us who weren't exploiting Holten, but I'm sure that you either A) know that and you're one of those who abused it early enough to benefit or B) you're really just that ignorant and can't see the forest from the trees.
