0.4.0c Hotfix 13

Wayyyyyy too late to do this.

You either hotfix the temple stuff day one or 2.... or you just let it stay for teh league.

The only "fix" now would be to start a secondary league fresh start from this point forward XD

So how does anyone build a temple when you can only lock tier 3? What is the point of these changes this late into the league, just let people have fun and change this next league. Everyone who doesn't have a fully built temple is just gonna quit league now.

i don't like the temple so i wasn't engaging with it no matter how much currency it was printing but i HAVE TO SAY


you baited so many people into spending days of their lives to build giga temples because you refused to ban the exploiters and bricked the economy for so many players. now after pulling the ladder up with holten you also pull the rug out from under their feet.


so damned funny. temple is garbage. poe2 is garbage.

So i can understand them wanting to nerf drops. Why the hell are the rooms being swapped?

This feels like the middle of a chess match, and you decide pawns now move like rooks instead. WHAT THE F*CK?!?!?

We're already skipping sleep, blasting as fast as possible to get a fraction of what the streamers get. Took weeks to rebuild my temple, then nerfed the fuckign day it starts getting fun.



Which game is more DISAPPOINTING? Diablo 3 or Path of Exile 2?

so walk me through this one...
step 1: You make a league mechanic that's borderline the most unrewarding in history. Most people are sad, league sucks
step 2: You panic-buff said mechanic (without tesing your own design) through the roof. People are starting to see something good. TEDIOUS but good. they build temples that are rewarding
step 3: You BUFF AGAIN the already overpowered league mechanic. Okay.... well... why? it's already... you know what? ok. fine. People who abused Holten are printing $$$. Other people just NOW start building the temples in maps
step 4: GUT the entire temple rooms and existing layout logics.

So what the actual fu#$? why did you buff it in the first place?

People who started setting up their temples when you nerfed holten are now barely into 4-5 spymasters. they are done, right?

What actually wrong with you? Like I've never seen a more self-destructive patch since a mouse running into a freaking mousetrap to lick a block of cheese.

The league that was doing decently well (not amazing, if it were a banger league numbers woul've been much higher considering the Holidays) is now gonna be more or less dead. You'll lose the playerbase for the rest of the league (except gamer dads who are still in campaign, you guys are AWESOME! ENJOY, the story is decent).

I already had a good time, played 4 amazing builds, but this is such a fuck you... it's insane. The people who decided this patch should go through should reflect a bit on what this game is supposed to do, because it seems all directions lead to whatever the majority of the playerbase DOESN'T want and i can't for the love of GOD understand why.

i guess you wanted all players to quit. ive literally lost all respect for ggg. you launched just before holiday which was a bad move then screw over everyone that doesnt have a temple complete.

nest way to make us never play poe 2 again im tired of this "Vision" mind set

People finally had a longtime goal in the game by setting up our temples. Now you make a lot of people quit the league cause this was what held us in the league. Im very dissapointed by such a decision, while people that were already printing divines and mirrors can still do so.
Make a full temple reset for everyone or leave it as it is so we can invest some time in it!!!

This is insane, unless you review logs of the holten abusers and remove the currencies and items and ban them for rest of the league. You literally have let bug abusers get massively ahead and now you are pulling up the ladder?

I do not participate in bug abuse cause it's against TOS and you do ban for it, so after fixing the bugs you do no bans, fine, so I farm everyday hard to try to build and catch up my temple and now it don't give the same rewards as the bug abusers are enjoying... what's going on man bans have to go out for these abusers man!

I have been playing the game since the open beta of POE 1. This is by far the stupidest 'fix' you have come up with. Heres an idea. Reset all temples. Then see how everyone loves it.

poe2 is garbage
