A new game mode for those that wish to play alone, but still benefit from trade

Right now, being a solo player is hell. Party Aurabots, streamer sponsored 0day exploits and so on makes for a wrecked economy for solo players.

To fix this, GGG could create a "Solo Trade" game mode, kinda like "Solo Self Found", except the player would be able to trade only with other solo players.

That would let us, solo players, have a saner economy that isn't wrecked by aurabots, and probably won't have as many exploits being actively used.


A solo player could still abuse 0day exploits in this hypothetical league. What's stopping a 20 man team of "solo" farmers all abusing the latest mechanic and pooling their resources to dominate the market? Waht's stopping RMT players from buying up valuable gear and raising the prices on things?
think this through. every player is a solo player that trades.
how is that any different than just playing trade mode?
if its the wrecked economy youre trying to fix, why should only people like OP get that benefit?

Everyone deserves to have a good economy, not just ssf players, which compeltely goes against the whole concept of SSF

What OP wants is just a reset of the economy, but they are painting their request with delicate words.

And no im not against your idea OP, but I mentioned league reset in the past, and people just flip out.

and now, it really is too late to reset the league, they would be hurting way too many people, the time to reset league was within a day of discovering the exploit, not a week or two later,.

+1 100x over. A solo trade league without all the 6 man parties blowing the economy to hell is EXCATLY what I want.

Not a private league, a full fledged league for us players who want to trade, without divines going up 15 ex an hour for 3 months straight.



Everyone wants that, I don't see why a special league is needed for something that everyone wants.

like what youre asking for is essentially an unruined economy with no one exploiting.

but thats just a league reset... ( every time an exploit is discovered )

except now you're adding conditions as to who is allowed to play in your league as welll.. you want only people that solo , trade, and dont use exploits.. so like pretty much everyone.

bots play solo and will further encourage botters to scale as there's less loot available in trade

But yes, globally it won't solve anything. my suggestion is to make party play way more harder (x4-x10 monsters hp and less droprate in party with 3+ ppl).

In other words, it is necessary that the drop of a solo player does not differ in time from the drop in a party, and if people want to play in a party, then let them be people who are doing something on maps, and not just bots

again dont yo-u think we all deserve a league where bots are not allowed?
why do you need a special league for that ?

what you are doing now is making it so that group play is so inferior you are essentially punishing group play, so what you want is a league where people are not allowed to group , because you think that will be enough to stop people from exploiting?

the biggest exploits of this season did not even require a group.
so your solution is not a solution. its a punishment , against the wrong people.

and why exactly do you think your solution stops people from selling in game currency for Real Life $?

Just remove party play bonuses that's really the only thing they have to do to fix economy forever(obviously not counting gamebreaking bugs)

Async trading was mistake. I will not play trade league any more. This game is trivialized by trade, and current state of the game is worst than D4 when it comes to loot dropping.
