Bow have quiver and crossbow have nothing....

The Boltsack is necessary for weak Xbos to make them more powerful with simple skills. Right now only combos work fine. Most skills are meh. Also some other things like presence area, damage area, reload time, grenade power, skill speed, +bolts etc will boosted enough becouse Xbox is the only weapon that need 20-30% more investments than any other in the game. That is something that Devs should understand. You can't invest passives in 1-2 things when talking about Crossbow use.
