Are the proponents of meaningful fighting still here?

Meaningful combat can't even occur if the game is lagging and crashing every few seconds. Maybe GGG should figure out how to make the game playable before they start talking about meaningful combat. They said they fixed game performance this league - that was a lie. This league has had the worst performance out of all.
