Atziri Bugged out

Same bug, was fighting Atziri for the first time, I "kill" her while she is channeling something in the middle of the arena and then the dialogue plays but atziri is afk with 5-10% hp remaining.

Was forced to respawn at checkpoint and that made me lose my replacement limbs and the loot that the fight would have given me(for some reason the respawn at checkpoint didn't make me lose the temple, but when I got back to the Atziri room, Doryani was in the first room and destroyed the mirror, the chests are still locked and I constantly hear the boss music).
