I'm not gonna lie, I have absolutely no idea what class I'm playing 99% of the time. I don't know how anyone cares so much about something with literally zero gameplay impact... I'm not playing "the ranger," I'm playing "Fireball Mines."
Are there seriously people who choose their character model for literally anything other than the specific ascendancy nodes they want? Because I am not playing the same game as them, that's for damn sure.
