Hello I was wondering if the issue got fixed? It has been weeks now and the mtx still doesn’t work properly

Hello Adam, can we get an update about that mtx? Because we paid for it...

I really thought that mtx were things ggg constantly looks at but it’s been a month since the start of this forum & we still can’t interact with the device
& the solution that you need another map device to then activate it is just awful, why should I spend money on something I already have but isn’t working n isn’t my fault

Nearly 3 weeks since Adam posted they are looking into it and still no word, do we need to submit a report with ggg’s support?!

Would be a shame the season be over n we can’t use the map device to its full extent

I want a refund Adam for the Prison Waygate Map device!!!!!! I don't even care if you fix or not the issue, I had to buy another map device that cost 260 gold because that one wasn't functioning after months of waiting....
