Tracking not togglable (prison waygate map device)(poe2)(xbox)

The tracking on the prison waygate device is not able to be toggled i cant get my controller to go over the the button for it. I've tried several things but nothing seems to be working to get to toggle on/off. Awesome map device though very cool

I'm having the same problem. Searched everywhere and asked on Reddit and discord, no one knows why. Must be bugged?

Also am i missing something but the advertised waygate has all the portals in a line. Mine is a standard circle...

Got it to work, however you do need another map device I did get one from ghe boxes before it one of the hourglass ones. That one works fine, and I can toggle it, ended up switching back as I didnt like the look of it tbh. And then I seen it was activated and toggle on the prison waygate map device and it works. They do need to fix it as you cant select it on console.

Hello I’m on ps5 and having the same issue, you can see the button where it says toggle tracking but no way to interact with it
I restarted game, changed servers, new instance, new hideout, looked under cosmetic n nothing it wouldn’t work no matter what I did I know they are on holiday but would be awesome if they could fix it when they come back |

I don't know if it's the same map device, but I got the following map device in the mystery box and I'm having the same issue on Xbox. Do not see any button prompt to make this toggle work. Please fix ggg.
