Please dont say " approximately 10 minutes", when it is more then 45 minutes and people are waiting

Could please update your announcement, if it is clear, that downtime will be much much more then 10 minutes ? A lot of people rely on your message and have limited time.

They're probably working their butts off to fix it. When ggg has issues they're usually fixed quickly. When they're not its something rather complicated. I'm sure everyone is just very busy right now.

I am sure they are working hard and have their hands full, but more certainty about the downtime would be very nice.
Time is something other players and I can not buy or get back. It is lost. Especially if its very rare free time. |

I don't understand. There were some issues, but a lot of people were able to play just fine, then they take the server down to fix things and instead break stuff/cause more issues.
