Vaulting Impact bugged

Can confirm this is still happening as-of patch "0.5.0b Hotfix 11".

As other describe, Vaulting Impact works perfectly fine with KB+M/WASD, but with Controller your character does not move.

I can achieve the same "no movement" effect on KB+M/WASD if I place the mouse cursor at the center of the screen. This makes me wonder if a hidden "Attack in-place" option is enabled for the skill or something.

I was really bummed out when I started the new league and ran into this bug, and I was even more bummed out when I came here and saw this was initially reported over six (6) months ago with seemingly no traction behind it.
