Ok its been 1 hour of mapping with no issues after that small patch i got, will continue to test but so far so good it seems like, before after every single map i was getting the texture bug and had to switch from dx12 to vulkan and back to dx12 constantly.

The issue is very much still present, it may load inventory after a few flickers but feels like the "fix" was a cheap temporary bandaid...Im able to "play" now but still textures failing to load and flickering after the vram usage spikes...

Both on Vulkan and DX12 everything is ok now. Tried all the steps which are definetly could reproduce the issue but textures are OK.
The only thing I can admit the vram usage is quite high, 3+Gb at all scenarios. But tbh I don't remember the value in patch 0.3 (I thought it was 2.5Gb), so nothing to compare with.
