 I was playing at the end of the Keepers League, farming Blight on maps, and I came across a bug involving the interaction of Blight with the Settlers League mechanic. This bug was also present in the Settlers League. The bug involves the spawn of the Blight portal with the Crimson Iron Ore mechanic. I didn't encounter any other bugs with Blight and other Settlers League mechanics, but I suggest you keep an eye out.
