what is a plague burst? no such thing in the game afaik. and why the hell we are getting cd on support gems with no cd? what the hell is a cd on a support gem?

So cocaine ants were killed *and* vaal guards were nerfed into the ground? Is that correct? Are there any good specters left? Seems like GGG hates for people to use specters or something.

Killing the last lament build was not fair. I understand the build is good i would not have minded nerfing the stats on the weapon or reducing the dmg of requiem or both. but that weapon is just another chance shard to be dropped. what is the justification for this?
