Content Update 0.4.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Last of the Druids

> Omen of Homogenising Exaltation and the Omen of Homogenising Coronation have been disabled from dropping. Existing items are still functional.

I'm afraid that as a casual gamer who tries not to interact with trading, I'm going to hit the wall in the endgame and I'm not going to have any hope to overcome it...
ATM I could slowly farm to improve one or 2 items and than move on, but after this change I'm not sure if I would have any hope for improvement. Hope for a random drop is not engaging unless you have a ton of time to grind
Why do we even call it crafting and not gambling? The best change in the 0.3 patch was the crafting system and now it’s been rolled back. For anyone who can’t play eight hours a day, crafting was the only realistic shot at getting decent gear. And even then it wasn’t exactly easy or cheap; you still had to invest a ton of time to gather the resources.

I get that some players felt they reached endgame gear “too quickly” and then had “nothing to do,” but first of all, no one is forcing them to craft. If it bothers them, they can just play the game without crafting and earn their gear that way. And second, if the problem is lack of content, the solution shouldn’t be artificially slowing down progression — it should be adding more actual endgame content.

(For the record, the amount of content was perfectly fine for me. Honestly, I’d bet 90% of players quit after the first month anyway and come back for the next league.)

Thanks ggg for making another T0 useless after featuring it in a Build of the week, at least i wont need to level as a caster.

They are really searching to nerfing exiting T0 like The Last Lament or Rathpit....
I cannot understand nerfing those two. Exiting T0 uniques should feel powerful. Not downside gameplay fiesta.
Am i surrpised that the massive and gamebreaking shader cache issue was not mentioned? Of course not, because GGG devs are as incompetent as they are adept at ignoring their playerbase.
AMD Ryzen 9 5900x / AMD RADEON RX 7900 XT 20GB / Corsair Vengeance 128gb DDR4 @3600mhz CL16 / ASUS TUF X570 PRO AM4 MOTHERBOARD
PoE2 is turning into a monstrosity where you are trying to fix design problems with literal patches instead of making a fundamentally strong basement for a future game. Hope you will strip away all bs one day.
Hm... im a bit underwhelmed but that may be a Result of the sad Spell Totem Aproch. ........... 3 Charges REALY WTF

Remember just one thing, your steam reviews matter, not the arguments on this forum. They always say "your feedback is important to us" and never listen at the same time (do quite opposite things), so its only way to deliver.

All good for constructive critique, but don't attack people that are actually improving the game constantly please. They are humans as well and the amount of changes needed is ridiculously big. Getting so much content and improvements out in around 2 months of development is an achievement by itself (which btw both are very needed equally). You probably consider that solving technical issues is as easy as it sounds, but there are always 1001 other scenarios to consider that may sometimes break the game if not done right. 25% performance is already a huge improvement. We will probably have crashes because of that, but that is expected. I would be surprised to not have any. Also the shader issue is not game breaking at all. Yeah it takes a bit for things to load, but it is nothing major, unless you are in a hurry to do something (for some reason).
