The game was immensely different when it released and for a couple years after it. That's why I think the vision changed over time, which is why I like PoE 2 more right now and if it became a copy of PoE 1 I'd probably quit that too.

This. THey push back all the endgame stuff another patch, and we get a couple of finisher effects added this patch as well? I have so many armor sets and things from supporter packs I still can't use. The 2024 core supporter packs only have a fraction of the items useable in PoE 2. Do I need to build up and expend three charges to be able to use my vaal serpent god armor set in PoE 2?
Im really strongly against the mob density nerf. The reason im playing arpgs is to kill huge packs of monsters.

I also fear that increasing mob health just leads to us kiting few bullet sponse mobs around the huge mostly empty maps. That's not what I think as fun gameplay.

The most fun I had with PoE2 was the original breach shitting out monsters and the start of abyss when the bug on abyss maps made them spawn in one place.
Looking forward to seeing the rest of this patch! Overall changes look pretty positive!

Seems a lot of people are confused and complaining about the rhoa, evasion builds need speed to stay alive, unless hybrid defensive specced or other wise, they would get clapped. Spirit cost is pretty high as well. There are tons of other movement abilities that cover ground.

I'm Curious how mob density will feel and interact with clearing. The only time you get overwhelmed is if the build or gear is weak.
I play HC and it seemed fine to me on fully juiced T16-17 maps. The danger is fun. xD

Shame we won't be getting the big end game changes yet, however the new league mechanic looks really amazing though. I expect to be hopefully spending a lot of time there. Huge build possibilities or profit to be made with some crazy corruption gambles.

If you go back and read the comments when 0.3 was announced we had same whiners, same haters from different games, even haters from poe1. And 0.3 was a great patch to the game.

Wait for all content to be revealed. We don`t know how the passive tree will look like, we don`t know what all support gems do, we don`t know all lineage supports, we don`t know all new skill gems, we don`t know all new items/uniques, we don`t know a lot of things.

I have 1 word for each poe game:

Poe1 = chaos
Poe2 = divine

Guess I'm going Titan Bear, it will be super solid. I expect it to be faster clear, faster movement due to building a longer rampage and super tanky.

It will be closer to new nodes as well for shapeshifting. Can't wait for this league, time needs to go faster!
From a changelog it seems to me a rOAh is gonna be a musthave for most of the builds, bc of the movement penalty nods\skills\runes nerf
Strugglescream now has "Can Have 3 Additional Instilled Modifiers".

Does this mean we can corrupt it up to +5 additional instilled mods using the new mechanic?

I want to play spell totems. Like in PoE1

Pl0x change this silly requirement. Make charge create UBER totem not regular.
