suggestion: forbid trading for the first 2 weeks of league start

Hello Community.
I have a great idea: Lets forbid trading for the first 2 weeks in league start. This way there is no pressure to rush through the campaign and everyone can take their time without being behind. Also players can't cheat the campaign difficulty by buying overpowered loot from others.
Essentially everyone would start in solo self found, but after 2 weeks there is the option to switch to trading league and only loot found after that can be traded. Maybe trading between close friends could be allowed, but limited to 5 players who you choose as your trading group.
Since everyone has time to progress at their own pace, more players would play slower builds and not feeling pressured to rush to the endgame to get competitive trading advantage.

Edit: Since my idea gets overhelmingly negative feedback, we should discard it.

Sorry, I only see it accomplish genuinely nothing.
Fast players would be bored and leave before you start the market.
Slow players would be in a position of no possibility to upgrade via trade, which would frustrate them and they would leave.

no one pressures you from having fun. play in your own pace. its not even competitive game. deleting loot, nerfing builds to the ground and forbidding trade gonna destroy the game, not make people play longer. proved 100 times in poe1

By your logic they should ban you for 2 weeks at start, and everyone will be happy.

You won't be trading, others will.

My idea was more like time-gating.
I currently play where winds meet which has time gating and I enjoy that feature there.
Better suggestion. Remove direct player to player trade amd make async trade 175% anonymous. Bots spamming for rmt site 2hours into the league go poof, lots of problems solved.

This wouldn't do anything to alleviate initial rush.

People would be rushing just as much as before, with the idea of being as far progressed as possible at the end of the two week window, so that the millisecond loot becomes tradable they can have a higher income than everyone else, and the inflation that normally takes two weeks to happen will happen in two hours.
It's pretty wild idea. I am not sure I would even want play league like that.

OP's suggestion would drive people away from the game, and not solve his issue.

Tryhards will still beat you to the market with superior loot and crafts. The only way to lose FOMO is to play SSF or learn how to make good profit yourself.

PoE2 was my first experience with the franchise.
- 0.1 I was barely able to afford my gear.
- 0.2 I was comfortable and finished a couple builds with excellent gear.
- 0.3 I made well over 2 mirrors by mapping, crafting on the good bases and selling them (no flipping, no hideout-warrior stuff). And I only played it for about 4 weeks.

It's a skill/mentality issue.
