Hardcore non-seasonal league build suggestions -- achievement hunting

Hi,

I am trying to get the level 90 HC achievement.

I figure I have some time before next POE2 league and even more so if the POE2 league isn't any good (for me).

What are some really solid/safe builds to use in Standard league for this? I don't have much currency, but I have all the time in the world. I would LOVE to be able to do Eater/Exarch/Ubers but mainly the goal is just to hit 90.

I have a Scion in HC already but only in like act 5. Was going for a cyclone build but the build i was following got me killed a lot in Seasonal League so i am okay starting over.

I am open to all suggestions and any links to POB or websites :)

Note: I am also open to Standard League build suggestions to hit the bosses like Maven/Exarch/Eater/Cortex with a budget since I get to them but never get good enough to farm them and i want to work on learning bosses

Totem builds get away with a lot of cheesing without getting into any amount of danger. Plus, Hierophant comes with some solid innate Endurance Charges, totem taunt mastery, and ability to stay out of trouble

Lacerate bleed gladiator is cheap as chips and very safe. It's also very straightforward to build defensively and play. It does tend to lack single target on ssf gear but if you're in a trade league that likely isn't an issue.

Also just a heads up searing exarch (even the quest version) is an absolute pain in HC because you can't cheese the ball phase.

Would play league as "The tree provides all that you need."

Guardian may be the easiest Ascendancy. The minion (pick that in first lab) makes campaign and what follows very easy. You can add BAMA or SRS or something. It kind of falls off in red maps without gear but for 90 its good. For BAMA you can get the gear on Tree, for SRS not so much.

Frostwall link + 90% fire resist + cwdt-Guard + Arctic Armour + Flesh & Stone(*) + Life flasks => tank, low player skill required; this also makes the rest of Exarch easy, only notable remaining threat is missing 'Incineration'

(*) supposedly works but I dont really know.

Thanks, yeah it can def be made safer with the options you mentioned but it's rough if you go in unprepared with softcore expectations, specifically expecting to skip the balls phase via logout.

Anyone not answering slams here has to not play hc imo. Just copy bens slam build from gauntlet or the recent boss race and you'll have the easiest lvl 90 hc in your life.

Gladiator bleed with block, rf chieftain probably everything that does passively damage and focus more on defence. Poison Builds also a good choice.

Not everyone is into slams.

Yeah I agree slams is probably most boring answer possible at any rate looks like the guy choose winions sadge.

I did the achievement a while back with a Necromancer minion build.
