Feel really bad for the HC players with this curse nerf. Having high lvl Temp Chains + Enfeeble, was basically the only buffer the players had to push the speed of Vaal's overhead smash (with it's very high probability of desync) into the threshold of an actual visible effect that might be maneuvered around.

Also +++ the comments about untwinked solo progression through merciless.

Right now enfeeble is the only thing that lets melee builds gimp along on bosses as compared to ranged builds. Thanks for screwing melee some more.
I agree with many in this post. The 1st curse should be nerfed just a little, then the 2nd or 3rd one more.
Really dislike the curse change. Enfeeble is a must for all boss's for me and I am specced for duel curses so I normally also use Temp chains.

There was no call from this in the forums, I see no one complaining curses where to strong. This is a mistake from my point of view, hurting the double curse build even more when very very few people are specced into it. I know buffs are coming for melle but my curses are the only way I can currently farm worth a shit.

If anything I have heard complaining about curse immune mobs more then curses being broken. This change I don't believe is supported by the community not sure who's idea this was but rethink it. If you want to keep this dumb idea consider giving us something in echange, like people specced into duel curses can now cast 1 curse on curse immune mobs, and giving 2 independent spots for curses so people with only 1 are not always over writing the 2 in team games.

This is the first patch you have released that is going to have me play less, in fact I will not be playing my main who is melle after this patch until the melle buffs come out. Dumbest change I have seen yet, you still have plenty of people paying for Vaal and Piety kills because they are afraid. This change will only help the 24/7 and rich players and hurt the ones who are just running through the game.

Melee needs a nerf! Accuracy rating should be reduced with each difficulty level just like resists. Get rid of Resolute Technique because it's op. Critical strikes should be for spells only. Oh and fix light radius so low lifes don't have to trade dps mods for light mods to see the things we one shot. Thanks in advance.

sigh oh well havent put it to practice yet but sure did spend quite a bit of time trying to combine it with at least 200% life I JUST HAD IT..... double sigh
A better way to nerf curses I think would have been to have first curse=100%, 2nd curse= 50% each and so on. So stacking curses, especially 2 curses like enfeeble+temp chains, isn't as good, but without nerfing single curse since that's generally not OP.

Atm the nerf seems it'll hurt single curse builds a lot more than double curse builds.
