Disconnect: Failed to connect to instance (Singapore realm)

Frequent disconnection when I open a new map. If I disconnect I'd have to open another map otherwise it would reoccur. Not sure if it has something to do with my ISP but I can play other games just fine.

is every thing gonna be okay. i am playing in california server with 170ms, less frequent disconnect. paineg.

UPDATE: For those suffering the same fate as I am. Set your network mode to predictive and play on the next low latency server which does not crash frequently. Lag is bearable but it still disconnects about I'd say once every three hours. Better than nothing.

Hello, I'm on the same boat. I was about to post something like this too. GGG needs to know this is happening to more than just one person.

This has been happening for a few days now. I was hoping it would get better by itself.

Singapore Realm disconnects me upon changing zones multiple times in a play session. Next best realm for me is Japan but there I cannot connect at all, even to town. I can't put in a lot of investment into any single map in a low latency server in fear of losing that instance.

Pathing through a different gateway like Australia (where I got 120ms) does fix it with zero disconnects but it is also pretty annoying and unfun to play with higher latency.

I'm gonna try playing on predictive as you suggested. Hopefully, it becomes a bit more bearable but yes, this is most likely happening to several players.

UPDATE: Still experiencing the issue with SG realm 2 days later

Same here having the same problem connecting to not just Singapore but all servers. Cant even see latency on Singapore server. Just a ? mark.

Singapore and Japan servers are having constant lag spikes, most specially in Singapore servers!

yup in suffering the same shit in SG realm as well. the latency ping pong bewtween 40 and 200 ms.

Looks like not just me only. Please let me play.

I am playing in California server with the temporary fix I mentioned above. Predictive mode with 150 ms, it is definitely playable. I hope this works for you guys as well. Seems like Asia servers aren't going to be fixed anytime soon.
