can you just try this in graphics : Enable multithreading disable
and disable all audio try yo run a map like that you can also delete all content of this folder C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\ShaderCache"Vulkan" or other shader GL but this 3.27 have huge pb of spike lags at high rates of players 8PM to 1AM, so for me huge pb with servers, i ve tried to change some dns but same pb Last edited by Torx34#0712 on Nov 10, 2025, 6:22:07 PM

These morons made the game unplayable because every normall mob is called Conquerer of the atlas hydra slayer, and when a 100 of these fkin elder detail mobs whip you with 3 different 100 animation attacks from any of their 8 horns, no wonder you get 10 fps.

Hi there,
I've had the same issue as you on poe with 9950x3d. Here's what made it all EXTREMELY stable for me, where before it was as you described. 1. Make sure your nvidia opens up unlimited (or at least 100GB) shader cache for the game. I set it globally because poe what not the only issue. 2. Use process lasso to make sure poe is running only on the 0 to 15 first cores of your cpu. Those cores are the ones who a using 3d vcache, which is very good for 3D games. 4. Disable game mode on windows, and game mode for your CPU in bios. 5. (MAYBE OPTIONAL) Disable game bar as well. It's a bit complicated to do so, but google is your friend. 6. (MAYBE OPTIONAL) Undervolt your CPU. I was lucky to have the x870e taichi lite motherboard, there's a preset for this very purpose. Otherwise do some research about making sure that your "curve magnitude optimizer" is at about (MINUS/-)20. With all this setup, I'm running delirium harbinger and the FPS dips are VERY minimal and the game runs smooth as butter. |

" This is terrible advice that keeps being repeated for some reason. 1.) Disabling multi-threading will straight up tank performance, as it will force the game to run on single cores. The game itself supports up to 16 threads, so anyone with a multi-core CPU should have this turned on. 2.) Disabling audio is only useful with CPU overload, which a 9950X3D will not have. 3.) Deleting the shader cache will force the game to rebuild all shaders again, which makes the game laggy while it's doing so. This is what the --waitforpreload command is for, to preload assets to combat stuttering and texture problems. I always use it since its introduction and I do not get this extreme stuttering in-game.
