So how do we feel about Keepers of the Flame efter a few days?

Forts replace mobs, and kills all the juicing technic for maps. example : You don’t want ritual since it gains more rewards by more monster packs You don't want essence as well because half the rare mobs are replaced by walls and specific breach monster so get half less essence per map and so on for all map specific league content The only solution to get as many loot as before is to farm things like blight, ultimatum, incusrions, delve, harvest, expedition , abyss, ... Which are outside the map or that add mobs when you activate it. |

Only starting on t16s but so far it feels good.
The league content felt a little sparse during the campaign/early maps when compared to necro/settlers. Yes its in every map, but there isn't much agency over it, open a zone and we get what we get, unlike all flames / town management. Not necessarily a bad thing, just what I felt. The tree seems overpowered for crafting. Not as deterministic as necro-crafting but pumps out way more items for the investment. I like getting good items, but it makes every other source feel like picking garbage out of a dumpster. The breaches/hives are cool, so was original breach. I like how PoE2 Xeshts area appears like how the Hive might after being incinerated. "Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."

It feels like the last 2 seasons but with less loot, nothing special about this breach rework tbh.

Return to this game after a 6?+month break
- League seems fine - Mechanic is extremely under rewarding during your first character - The exp is massive which is expected from a breach mechanic - Expensive costs for using the wombs for the campaign - NPC defense is the WORST thing you can add in this game considering how busted mobs are with the already unbalanced map mods existing - Non chronically online players have a rough time making currency now due to mid crafting being dead - ABYSMAL loot on maps like what the fuck happened here? LMAO - Performance has been the worst I've seen since the first week of delirium league absolute atrocious and they keep silent about it in a classic Tggg manner when it comes to performance and their game Eh it's alright I'm having fun despite all flaws maybe because I havent touch this game in a bit now "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."
Poe 0.2/10 Returning to poe in 3.27: ATROCIOUS game performance, 5/10 league and I apprently missed the loot back in the last league. The more things change the more they stay the same.. |
