One of my merchant tabs stops allowing me to put in new items, but the other tabs still allow me

As title says, one of my merchant's tabs sometimes locks up and I become unable to add any new items to it. Seems to happen occasionally after I come out of a map and take currency from the earnings tab.

The bugged tab does allow me to modify the price of items already in the tab by right-clicking them, but I cannot move items within the tab as that counts as removing and trying to re-add it. Other merchant's tabs do allow me to still add new items to it.

Going to character select/relogging did not fix it; going into a map then portaling back out did not fix it, either. The other time this happened, it fixed itself after some time after I zoned into a map, then came back out. This time, it only fixed itself after someone bought an item from me.

I've just started having this problem.

The tab has completely stopped working and items that were already for sale cannot be relisted after being removed.

Restarting the game did not solve the problem.

seeing as it happens randomly to a random tabs I doubt that was the real solution.
