GGG >>>> EXP LOSE AMOUNT IS beyond the words I wish to use here

Yea 80% of players quitting becouse of XP loss. At least make it innovative. Don't copy paste from Poe1.

...and my comment: :D :D :D :D :D :D
i hate the exp loss
in poe2 u die so often that it takes ages to lvl up
my deadeye is stuck on lvl 98 since they changed the map bosses
and nerfed evasion

i dont entirely hate the exp lose system in some games it works
for example in d2 but in d2 at some point ur gear is allowing u not to die ,at all.
the exp lose system is super BAD idea for poe2 if they want bosses to 1 tap us left and right
not to mention corpse explosion and other stuff
Exp LOSE must go it does not fit poe2

Where do people come up with these numbers?

80% of players quitting because of XP loss... Uh-huh, right.

In any case. I don't have that many anecdotal opinions, since well, HC. XP loss is not much of a worry there.

Someone suggested that you should lose the XP you gained from that map. I think that would be actually quite fair. If that's difficult to track, then tone the XP loss down so that it's worth 1-2 maps' of XP on average.

In my opinion it's good for games like this that death feels bad. Because that makes it more exciting and fun when you are close to death but manage to barely survive. If death has zero negative consequences, those situations matter nothing.

Actually then make defences count! Right now GGG punish players who invest (besides ES) in defences to have unlimited options when allowing DPS builds playing like gods.

Fair means Fair, there isn't semi-Fair...
