what's the reason for nerfing Giant's Blood?

| Giant's Blood should reduce weapon damage and attack speed while wielding two-handed weapon in one hand and not health. That makes no sense and even does not fit it's name. Also it should require triple attributes only if you want to wield two-handed weapon in one hand and not all the time imo. And remove all +skills from items and keep them only on unique items. |   | 
| " ^THIS so much this! +skills are the single most unbalancing mechanic in the game. They should be removed entirely or at least as stated restricted to major chase uniques.
