REMOVE chilled ground and temporal chain once and for all.

If I get hit by a temporal chains in a map from another player, I immediately leave that instance. Nowadays, If I join a map of a player that has temporal chains on it, I log out and go play chess. I refuse to get trolled by GGG in this manner. I'll allow them trolling me with an invisible one shot, that's fine. | Your boots have 95% increased movement speed on them from affixes. Tell me, when you have that already, and you also have 100% increased effect of sockets, and 3 sockets, what's the better choice to put in those sockets? Is it more movement speed? I used every flask there was just no counterplay whatsoever. Why is this game just a bunch of action-inhibiting bullshit? Can they not make the monsters / encounters more mechanic based? More stuff like the necromancer mobs that you have to kill or else they'll continually resurrect nearby monsters. That's cool that's engaging. But 90% of the monsters just stun or freeze you, disable your mana, etc. it's just a bunch of troll crap.
