I dont use wanderlust either they ruin my defenses.

Fair enough. Reasonable take. But we agree, wanderlust is not a solution.

Personally, I cannot stand getting slowed by it for even 3-4 seconds. If I get hit by a temporal chains in a map from another player, I immediately leave that instance.

Nowadays, If I join a map of a player that has temporal chains on it, I log out and go play chess. I refuse to get trolled by GGG in this manner.

I'll allow them trolling me with an invisible one shot, that's fine. But getting slowed for 3-4 seconds from a shit stained patch of ice will eventually make me delete the game.

Tell me, when you have that already, and you also have 100% increased effect of sockets, and 3 sockets, what's the better choice to put in those sockets?

Is it more movement speed?

I believe it is 35% MS from affix with 3 x 5% speed from Farrul's runes. With the 100% effect on socket make it 65% total.

Seriously. it's so counterproductive and frankly silly to add mods that are just designed to ANNOY people. +, now that we need 4 to 6 affixes on maps to get decent pack size and loot / exp we very often end up with one of those UNPLAYABLE affixes. result = I personally barely can't sustain mapping anymore without needing to buy some. Like the beginning of the open beta.

The end game is going BACKWARDS.

I wanted to try to find a citadel today and just ALT-F4'ed after 10 mins of mapping as soon as I got stunlocked by some bullshit for literally 5+ seconds. I used every flask there was just no counterplay whatsoever.

Why is this game just a bunch of action-inhibiting bullshit? Can they not make the monsters / encounters more mechanic based?

More stuff like the necromancer mobs that you have to kill or else they'll continually resurrect nearby monsters. That's cool that's engaging.

But 90% of the monsters just stun or freeze you, disable your mana, etc. it's just a bunch of troll crap. It's not interesting to engage with it just feels like you rolled the dice and got shit on.
