Like honestly I dont mean to be rude but no where does it seem like you want us to enjoy the game , Everything from trials, bosses, drops even our own skill tree is designed to piss the playerbase off, Nothing in the mapping nore way we craft is designed for engagement

This might be a little extreme. Don't get me wrong, I understand the frustration end of it. However it does depend on some variables, what you're experiencing. For instance, if you went into the trials, any of them, right away- yeah they're overtuned and shit on you. Its not part of the game, its a broken part of the game. They should fix it. If you're in endgame and this is happening, then its build related. Although, I do think its difficult to survive, defenses are likely a little weak in the game atm. I have a lot of points into defense and still feel slightly under tanky. For the point investment I should feel super tanky. So I do think its out of balance a fair amount, like 20% is my gut on it. Seems more they want to annoy players :D
Lot of complaints about temporal chains and they buff chilled ground. Lot of complaints about priest of the sun and his beam and they add 3 mobs with the same thing, one of them with cold damage to freeze. Players ask for some balance on defense, cool you can evade all hits but lose hidden evasion gained with levels, still have to kill them before they move otherwise you're dead. Pretty sure they laugh at every post unless it's game breaking or mtx. |

It does seem like they want to annoy players. I have been thinking that they may be confusing challenge and annoyance. It may be a real thing. The temporal chains is far too imbalanced for, say a contagion build vs a two-handed build. The contagion won't even notice the debuff and the two-hander build will be junked. At face value, I'm seeing a pattern of incomplete thoughts. We have an honor based trial. Ok, what about recoup/thorns builds. They exist, you can't simply make those builds unable to ascend(or... can you). Its not a mistake, its an entire system that simply doesn't work in specific cases. Not to mention it invalidates tons of builds- as the passive points could simply be better spent. I haven't had the same annoyances with the ground or temporal recently. When they made the recent changes I instantly hated it. It seems ok atm. Defense needs to go up a little for sure, or damage down. Its a little too boolean for me atm. If you want interaction, you need to have space for it. The space for interaction is survivability- thats where the interaction lives. Without it, interaction is impossible. The evasion is interesting. I haven't tried it, but it was almost already good- except for the slam issue. Its probly actually viable now, there are some powerful ways to get shitloads of evasion boost, just in the passives. |

I'm incredibly dissapointed. There's nothing to look forward to. Every recombinator breaks, every gear I try to craft bricks. I can't sell stuff because I didn't buy merchant tab, so I don't earn enough currency to really buy anything either.
I will never level up again because I die too much, and use too many ameloration omens, and if I focus on leveling that restricts attempting any and all content because it's too risky. I play solo and all my uniques loot is utter junk. I can't sustain my tier 15 maps even with every quanitity of waystones drop increase possible. Level 94 and I haven't gotten my fourth* ascendancy because Sekhmas very end of the run I get hit by a flame thrower that takes 2k honor down to zero immediately. Trial of Chaos there's a boss that turns in to a hurricane and kills me 100% of the time. I am very pissed off, and there's no fun at all. I was playing once in a while because I like the repetetive nature of the game and killing large swaths of enemies does have some satisfaction, but there's unltimately no point. At the end of a gaming session I always tell myself I didn't enjoy that, I lost all my crafting base items and currency, and I wish I could quit, but I do like some aspects of the game, I just wish it was actually enjoyable and possible to get my own upgrades. I dont understand the meaning of "Can evade all hits" if i still have to dodge everything with 70% evasion, can do that with 0% evasion too. I get hit 8 times out of 10 if dont dodge. Then you have deflect, another rng layer on top of another one like evasion. Whats even the point of deflection scaling on evasion if i can evade all hits? Not talking about red flashes hits from, just projectile and other hits from map's mobs. " I also cleared everything on my first mid tactician but i was talking about pure evasion, you got armour too that help on mitigation from small hits. My point was how much evasion i need to evade at least 50% of incoming hits? " It's not a question with an answer because some hits cannot be evaded. How much evasion you need to evade 50% of hits depends on how many of those hits are evadable. If 100% of the hits you take are evadable, then you will need 50% evasion to evade 50% of them. If 50% of the hits you take are evadable, then you will need 100% evasion to evade 50% of them. I don't know why anyone would run "pure" evasion. Just don't do that. |

It's there i should be able to rely 100% on it, just like i can rely on ES. But no, no comparison, no balance, ES wins because evasion is still too weak, thats why we now have deflection, the other rng layer on top of the existing one.
