Dont wanna fight bosses I need level up.

This abyss crap should be optional.
At least the bosses don’t spawn in 3 or more with invulnerability that run faster than you do.

I hate this abyss stuff so much.
There is nothing hard about gear checking people in an inflated economy when you can't get currency without a gear check every single map. This is bad for all of the casuals. Towers kinda sucked but the solution is worse for the majority of people.

Two things

1) It is optional

2) It's going core -- get used to it, it's a permanent feature of the game now.
The bosses are the reason I uninstalled again.

I don't mind a difficult fight for bosses, but when you need to dodge telegraphed attacks or get one shot & you can't see half the battlefield in boss fights. Its absurd.

Half the game feels like its off screen.

Not to mention the complete worthlessness of defense in a boss fight against one shots at t15+, at least in Dark Souls you can actually SEE what you need to dodge. Here you can dodge roll non-stop and still get one-shot by a Gorilla on the opening animation because who tf knows what its hitbox is.

This whole wanting the game to be a punch in the gut is a terrible idea. Because it is not for the right reasons, its not because its challenging or difficult, its because its poorly designed & optimized.

Games should be fun to play first, and all their "reasons" are why I stop playing. It makes the devs look sadistic imo and they do things which makes me NOT want to support them.

Like the High Priest harassing you for dying with a Map Portal device you can only get for a several hundred dollar supporter pack. Like really I support you and I get chastised because I die from something I can't even see. Thanks GGG way to make me feel appreciated for supporting you.

I feel like I'm more in abusive relationship then I am playing a game that values me as a player.

Challenge is fine, Punishing for the sake of sadism isn't.

You guys can make excuses for it, but its why people are looking for alternatives rather then staying put or believing in the title. Its their choice, but its short sighted and pushes away a good chunk of their potential profits.

They feel like Diablo 4 bosses now. Either you one-shot them, or they one-shot you.

You do make a valid point here. Off screen attacks need to be fixed.
I have no problem killing bosses, but I miss the old option to complete maps just by killing all the rares.

Many maps feel smaller now. We usually juice every map so it’s worth exploring everything, and we’ve become much faster than we were in 0.2.

Bosses just drop yellow garbage I haven’t picked up in weeks. I’d prefer to still have the option to just go for rares.

Besides that, map prep is a pain in the ass.
Delirium fog is annoying af — it makes every map look the same.
150-500 Rarity has basically become mandatory, which means the number of “good builds” is even smaller than before.

So yeah, there are plenty of issues.
Let’s hope for 0.4.

Its classic DPS game. Defences not counting. And Jonathan's vision is a joke if caps don't stop madness of uncontrolled DPS same as MS insane values.

Probably they made it so that no-one can stay outside boss rooms anymore. If you want to pass map you need to prove that you worth it.

I have a good character, but bosses are too hard for it by now.

I just want to have fun, and that is why I only kill mobs across the maps. I get experience, I dont die... I get level up, I get better gear and well... I get fun.

This is how I do it:

1. Open a map, clean all but boss.
2. Open other map, clean all but boss.
3. Repeat loop.

I lose tablets feature, I don't care. I need level up.

Actually I think this boss feature in every map is a gear check by ggg to discourage players from joining leeching parties to artificially speed level up from T1 to T15 maps.

If a player plays organically map tier by tier level up, then the chances of the player able to survive better would be higher.

Some players want to jump outright from T1 to T15/T16. This might not work well if the players do not farm enough good gear at the lower tiers.
