Skellies and allies

Currently one can do just as you described with two scepters and even exploit the shield recharge perk with either one or two weapon variances.
In actuality my desire would put greater limitations on th8s opposing more limits on re-summoning while improving the target distraction aspect 8f the skellis.

I appreciate your retort but it doesn't appear logical as my full desire is to PREVENT constant re-summoning which is what currently happens.
